About Us
Chris Lucas Collective’s three-level Japanese fine-dining restaurant on Flinders Lane, designed by Woods Marsh with Polly Borland and Nobuyoshi Araki artwork. The ground floor pairs a New York–style sushi bar (chefs slice Australian and New Zealand seafood into nigiri and sashimi at counter seats) with à la carte tables and a basement hot kitchen; upstairs, Kuro Kisumé hosts private rooms Kiko and Hanako plus the 12-seat Chef’s Table omakase (14 courses Tue–Thu evenings, 18 courses Fri–Sat). The Chablis Bar holds one of the largest Chablis collections in the southern hemisphere, matched to raw seafood alongside cocktails, house Lucas wines, Yokohama sake and Shiki beers. Official policy (Jun 2026): dinner seven nights; lunch Tuesday–Sunday only; Chef’s Table Tue–Sat; dinner groups of 10+ take the Chef’s Tasting Menu; smart-casual dress code; 10% Sunday surcharge.
