How ratings workAbout Kampot Kitchen
Preston counter-service cafe opened in February 2021 by Cambodian-born musician Jimi Lundy beneath an apartment block near Gertrude Contemporary. Num pang — crisp baguettes filled with Kampot-pepper sauces and family-recipe proteins — is the through-line, alongside Khmer rice bowls, lemongrass open skewers, tuk tuk wings, and Cambodian iced coffee on Gravity Espresso. The kitchen imports Kampot pepper from Cambodia and prepares lemongrass paste, slaw, and braised koh ko from scratch each morning. Featured in The Age Good Food (February 2026) for slow-made Cambodian baguettes; dine-in, takeaway, and delivery available per official site and Uber Eats.
