About Jollof Vibe

Flemington dine-in room (~50 seats) opened 17 October 2025 after owner Evette Quoibia closed a Kensington ghost-kitchen trial. Guinness World Record holder for a 140+ hour cooking marathon, she celebrates West African rice culture with around nine jollof styles — Nigerian basmati with habanero turkey, Ghanaian and Liberian jasmine rice with plantain, Senegalese thieboudienne, spaghetti jollof, vegetarian stock-free pots, and house Wisdom Jollof — plus Liberian chuck rice and gravy, egusi with fufu, cassava leaf stew, and African fried rice. Official site states no delivery; EatClub and Broadsheet list Wed–Sun dine-in. Google Maps lists the venue OPERATIONAL (June 2026). Batik-table dining room on the Racecourse Road strip near Flemington station.
