Family-run Peruvian café and restaurant on Nepean Highway in Chelsea, run by Gaby Vucetich (Cusco heritage) and husband Milton Chung. The unassuming highway-front room draws Peruvian expats and curious diners for strictly traditional home-style cooking — no fusion — with lime-cured ceviche, anticuchos de corazon, lomo saltado, aji de gallina and Andean stews such as carapulcra. Weekend specials include pollo a la brasa rotisserie chicken with Inca Kola; owner Gaby recommends ceviche for first-timers and warm anticuchos for the adventurous.
