About Inasal Express

Filipino quick-service counter in Melbourne Central’s Ella Precinct (Shop GD 079, off the La Trobe Street entrance), trading since October 2022. The menu centres on Bacolod-style charcoal-grilled chicken inasal—especially thigh (paa)—plus lechon kawali, crispy pata, silog rice plates, pork BBQ skewers and desserts such as halo-halo, buko pandan and ube shakes. Official copy invites kamayan-style eating with hands or utensils; most diners use the mall’s communal food-court seating with pager pickup. Order at the counter for dine-in, or use the site shop or Uber Eats for pickup and delivery—no table bookings. Melbourne Central and Visit Victoria still list the tenancy as trading; Uber Eats accepts orders for this CBD branch. The brand also runs a separate Grazeland (Spotswood) pop-up—this slug is the fixed Melbourne Central tenancy only.
