About Us

Carolina Group’s Venetian-leaning CBD institution on Little Collins Street — celebrating 30 years in 2026 with Executive Chef David Dellai’s refined, seasonal menu, white-linen dining room and polished service. After a 2020 Chris Connell redesign the room returned to its bacaro roots: marble bar, sky-blue accents, outdoor seating for 25, and a 400-label wine list heavy on Veneto and Piedmont. Homepage and menu highlight vitello tonnato, seafood crudo and handmade pasta; group dinners of eight or more take two- or three-course set menus ($85–$99pp). Book via NowBookIt (embedded on the official site); pre-theatre guests should reserve the 5:30pm sitting. Sister venues include Bar Carolina, Tetto di Carolina and Marameo.
