The Swedish Restaurant inside IKEA Richmond at Victoria Gardens — a bright, self-service cafeteria on the shop floor where you tray up Scandinavian comfort food between furniture aisles. The line serves the famous Swedish meatballs with lingonberry and cream sauce (plus plant balls and veggie balls), baked salmon, chicken schnitzel, kids plates, sides and cakes; menu boards vary by day and store. There is no table service or reservations — pay at the counter, find a seat in the large dining room, then keep shopping. IKEA Family members get recurring restaurant deals (including half-price mains on Fridays and other seasonal offers per ikea.com). The same building also has a Swedish Bistro near checkout, a Swedish Food Market for take-home meatballs, and a café with shorter hours — this Fork & Flag row is the main in-store restaurant only.
