Hoy Pinoy is a Melbourne-based Filipino street food and charcoal-BBQ vendor that has operated since 2013 at Queen Victoria Market's Night Market. Founded by Regina and James Meehan, the stall specialises in traditional inihaw-style skewers — marinated chicken and pork belly cooked over natural charcoal — with sauces drawn from Regina's family recipes from Olongapo City in the Philippines. It is one of Melbourne's most recognised Filipino food stalls, also appearing at festivals and catering events around Australia.
