About Us
Filipino café and bakeshop on Spring Street in the Melbourne CBD, run by pastry chef Laurice Fajardo and Elbert Estampador — reopened 10 August 2025 after refocusing from their prior venue Ceree on the same site. House-made ube halaya anchors a pastry cabinet (ube cinnamon scrolls, Swiss rolls, Basque cheesecakes) while the brunch menu folds Filipino flavours into café plates: longanisa eggs benedict on pandesal, beef tapa and adobo rice bowls, crispy chicken Bicol express, brisket bistek melts, sisig and Ilocos empanadas. Specialty drinks include ube lattes; small wine and Filipino beer list. Indoor seating and pet-friendly outdoor dining opposite Carlton Gardens in the free tram zone. Walk-in daytime service; Square Online ordering via the official site.
