Gradi is Johnny Di Francesco's Italian restaurant at Crown Melbourne in Southbank, specialising in authentic Neapolitan-style pizza certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. The kitchen turns out handmade pasta, traditional salumi boards, and Italian mains alongside the award-winning Margherita pizza that took first place at the 2014 World Pizza Championships in Parma. Situated on the Ground Floor of Crown Riverwalk, the venue seats guests alfresco along the riverfront or indoors, and includes a private dining room for up to 40 guests.
