About Funghi e Tartufo

Funghi e Tartufo is a fully plant-based Italian restaurant set inside a converted 19th-century bluestone warehouse on Hardware Lane. The kitchen, led by Sicilian-born chef Alessandra D'Angelo, draws on traditional Italian regional cooking — particularly Sicilian — to produce a menu of handmade pasta, arancine, risotto and desserts that happen to contain no animal products. The name, meaning mushrooms and truffle, nods to the signature pasta. Natural and organic Italian wines from small-production makers complete the offering.
