About Freyja
Freyja is a Nordic-inspired fine dining restaurant across two levels of Melbourne CBD's heritage-listed Olderfleet building on Collins Street. Led by Michelin-credentialed executive chef Jae Bang, the kitchen applies New Nordic preservation, fermentation and fire-cooking techniques to hyper-seasonal Australian produce through à la carte lunch (including smørrebrød) and the Taste of Freyja five-course set menu.
