About Us

Frencheese is a French street food stall based at Grazeland in Spotswood, Melbourne, specialising in raclette and fondue cheese dishes. Founded by Romain Guillaume, it claims to be the first business to bring the Alpine raclette dish to the Australian street food scene. The menu focuses on melted raclette cheese poured over sautéed potatoes with toppings such as pastrami, ham, and baby gherkins, and is largely gluten-free with vegetarian options. Beyond the Grazeland stall, Frencheese also trades at festivals and markets across Melbourne and Sydney and offers catering for private and corporate events.
