Freddy's is a neighbourhood wood-fired pizzeria on Windsor's Chapel Street, opened in 2019 by Dan and Tom. The menu centres on long-fermented Neapolitan-style pizzas alongside house-made pasta, with Italian-imported ingredients and classic desserts such as tiramisu and cannoli. The compact room features a woodfire oven behind the bar and red-and-white gingham tablecloths, and the team also produces their own locally made liqueur under the Tommy's Booze label.
