Fonda is a Mexican restaurant group with five Melbourne locations serving fast-casual tacos, burritos, nachos, and bowls made with fresh ingredients and a modern approach. Operating for over 15 years, the brand takes its name from the Mexican tradition of a family-run community eatery, creating a welcoming atmosphere suited to both quick meals and long, relaxed dining. The menu is built around Mexican street food staples — chargrilled corn, crispy fish tacos, slow-cooked barbacoa beef, and handmade guacamole — accompanied by a full margarita and cocktail program.
