The menu centres on Pinsa Romana — a traditional Roman flatbread made with a Di Marco flour blend slow-fermented for 48 hours — alongside Italian antipasto, salumi, burrata, gnocchi, pasta, and a cocktail programme. The venue runs DJ nights and bottomless brunches on weekends, and offers hands-on cooking masterclasses in pasta, gnocchi, and pizza making.
