Fishpot is a Chinese hot pot restaurant in Melbourne's Chinatown specialising in fresh fish-based broths. The kitchen builds each pot around a whole live fish — grouper, coral trout, or parrot fish — sliced tableside and cooked in a milky or spicy fish soup. Diners supplement with premium wagyu beef, live seafood (abalone, mud crab, king prawns, oysters), house-made meatballs, and seasonal vegetables, with sauces included per person.
