The building encompasses a casual deli on the ground floor, a One Hat-awarded fine dining restaurant on the mid level with an open campfire kitchen fuelled by charcoal and wood, a rooftop bar, and a separate Wine House around the corner at 71 Little Collins Street. Menus are seasonal and sourced directly from Gippsland farms, with a beverage focus on Gippsland wines and spirits.
