Etta is a small neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar on Lygon Street in Brunswick East, run by owner Hannah Green and head chef Lorcán Kan. The kitchen draws heavily on Asian techniques and fermentation — doubanjiang, sambal, rendang, laksa, and Cantonese-style preparations sit alongside woodfire-cooked Australian produce. The wine list spans around 250 bottles with a focus on natural and small-producer labels. Etta was named Gourmet Traveller Victorian Restaurant of the Year in 2023 and features in the World's 50 Best Discovery list.
