About Entrecôte

Jason M Jones's Paris-homage French brasserie on Greville Street — a permanent evolution of the 2014 Domain Road pop-up that relocated to Prahran in 2021 (former Toko/Fog site). Brahman Perera's fit-out spans a walk-in terrasse, brasserie, cobalt dining room, glass conservatory Le Conservatoire, private Le Salon Privé and Le Petit Marché takeaway next door. Inspired by Le Relais de l'Entrecôte, the house signature is Black Onyx 200-day grain-fed Angus steak frites with secret herb butter sauce on Menu Gourmand ($94.9 two courses / $114.9 three courses, Jun 2026 PDF); escargots, hand-cut beef tartare, oysters and French onion soup anchor the carte. Joe Jones curates French cocktails; live piano and weekend jazz. Weekend breakfast in the brasserie and terrasse (8–11:30am Sat–Sun); weekday service continu from noon; prix fixe lunch, fixed-course reservations (min. two courses), and walk-in terrasse/bar menus. Book via SevenRooms; office enquiries 9am–5pm daily. Google Maps lists OPERATIONAL status (Jun 2026); Broadsheet Hot List updated Apr 2026 with no closure report.
