About Us
El Columpio is an acclaimed Mexican restaurant on Level 1 of 52 Johnston Street in Fitzroy, founded by chef Ricardo Garcia Flores to share family heirloom dishes from Mexican culinary tradition. The minimalist dining room features white walls and exposed brick, with a menu spanning tamales, chilaquiles, pozole, nopales tacos with tomatillo sauce, and weekend barbacoa specials. The restaurant also operates a second location at 20 Jacka Boulevard in St Kilda.
