About Edelwyss Bistro & Bar
Alpine Swiss bistro and bar on level 1 of the Swiss Club of Victoria building on Flinders Lane, relaunched in 2024 and open to the public (guest sign-in required under club licensing). Seasonal Swiss menu spans cheese fondue, rösti, veal Cordon Bleu, bratwurst, pasta, steaks and seafood, with Mont Blanc among the desserts, plus an extensive Swiss and international wine list.
