Easey's is a Collingwood burger-and-beer restaurant by Jimmy Hurlston (Jimmy's Burgers) and Jeremy Gaschk, serving American-style smashed burgers, hot dogs, fried chicken and loaded sides from a graffiti-covered Hitachi train carriage on a five-storey rooftop with city views. The April 2026 menu highlights the Oklahoma Fried Onion Cheeseburger, Rowdy Cheeseburger and southern fried-chicken sandwiches, with craft beer taps upstairs and DoorDash pickup at 3/48 Easey Street.
