Easey's is a Collingwood burger-and-beer restaurant by Jimmy Hurlston (Jimmy's Burgers) and Jeremy Gaschk, serving American-style smashed burgers, hot dogs, fried chicken and loaded sides from a graffiti-covered Hitachi train carriage on a five-storey rooftop with city views.
