Dragon Hot Pot QV is the QV Melbourne food-court branch of the Dragon Hot Pot chain, on level 1 above Little Lonsdale Street. Diners build a malatang bowl from a self-serve ingredient bar priced by weight, then choose from house soup bases — signature ma la tang, collagen bone broth, Sichuan hot and sour, pickled mustard, tomato, vegan, mala ban dry-stir, and mala spicy stir-fry — with adjustable spice. The QV site trades daily from late morning through evening, shorter hours than the brand's late-night CBD street-front stores, and shares the group's @dragonhotpotaus Instagram.
