Di Stasio Città is Rinaldo Di Stasio's brutalist Spring Street Italian dining room opposite Treasury Gardens, between Collins Street and Flinders Lane. Kitchen and bar run all day with a full menu from noon until late in a Hassell-designed space that blends food, art and hospitality. Signatures carried from the St Kilda café tradition include the Merenda after-school sandwich, handmade capellini with crab, paccheri bolognese, veal saltimbocca alla Romana and cotoletta classica.
