Da Guido La Pasta is a compact modern Italian restaurant on Carlton's Lygon Street, serving handmade pasta, antipasti, secondi and dolci in a warm room with Murano glass accents. The kitchen draws on chefs with backgrounds including Noma, Bartolini and Erba del Re; the à la carte menu spans burrata, roast-beef carpaccio, Sher Wagyu ravioli, squid-ink linguine and barramundi, alongside 7- and 10-course tasting menus and a curated Italian wine list with BYO wine available. Bookings run through SevenRooms with walk-ins when space allows. From 6 January 2026 the restaurant closes every Tuesday; lunch is offered on Saturdays and Sundays.
