Coppe Pan is a Japanese bakery and food bar situated in the lower ground level of Melbourne Central. The shop hand-makes its signature coppe (Japanese soft rolls) and shokupan (milk bread) on-site daily, filling them with savoury and sweet fillings such as chicken katsu, spicy miso karaage, yuzu corn tuna mayo, wagyu beef curry, and egg tartar. Beyond bread, the menu extends to donburi rice bowls, curry bowls, and okonomiyaki, with most items priced between $3 and $18.
