Chez Olivier is a French bistro on Toorak Road in South Yarra, serving classic Parisian cooking in a candlelit dining room with blue-panelled walls, a long timber bar counter, and an extensive French wine collection. The kitchen is built around traditional technique: escargots in garlic herb butter, steak tartare, confit duck, côte de boeuf, and crème brûlée round out an à la carte menu that spans seafood entrées through to the cheese board.
