About Charrd
Charrd is a focused burger shop operating out of the Yakamoz kitchen on Lygon Street, Brunswick East, run by Ogulcan "OJ" Atay. The menu is intentionally minimal: two cheeseburgers (a classic and a signature with truffle aioli and house red chilli jam), charcoal-grilled Turkish-style wings, chicken-salt fries, and house-made drinks including strawberry Earl Grey iced tea and lemonade. Patties are sourced from Madina Halal Butchers on Sydney Road, cooked over charcoal on a stainless steel grill, and the classic cheeseburger was named one of the World's 25 Best Burgers. The shop operates Thursday–Sunday out of a side door leading to the Yakamoz kitchen.

I keep finding my way back here, happily lining up for another bite of those insanely good burgers. Juicy and bursting with flavour, they really do live up to the hype of being hailed as one of the best burgers in the world.
