About Us
Walk-in-only Korean barbecue tucked behind oversized arched wooden doors and graffiti on Little La Trobe Street near RMIT and Melbourne Central. Table grills, rotating banchan, and a compact, high-energy room define the format—no reservations, so queues build before dinner service. The signature order is the Palsaik set: eight pork-belly cuts marinated separately (original, garlic, herb, curry, wine, pepper, soybean, hot chilli). Beef combos, wagyu scotch fillet, thin-sliced ox tongue, seafood pancake, kimchi and spicy seafood stews, and a vegan BBQ set round out the menu. Licensed for beer, wine and soju; Man of Many cites roughly $40–50 per person.
