Café Di Stasio is a long-running Italian fine-dining institution on Fitzroy Street in St Kilda, founded by Rinaldo Di Stasio and operating for nearly 40 years. As of early 2026, the St Kilda venue is operating Thursday and Friday evenings only and has been listed for sale, with the Di Stasio trading name excluded from the sale.
