Byrdi is a seasonally driven wine bar and kitchen tucked inside Melbourne CBD's Ella food precinct, founded by bar veterans Luke Whearty and Aki Nishikura. The menu pivots weekly around what Australian producers are growing right now — a tight selection of snacks and small plates (prawn toast, yakitori, raw beef, smashed pavlova) alongside roughly ten cocktails rewritten each week and a carefully curated all-Australian wine list. Walk-ins only; no bookings taken.
