Busog is a family-run Filipino restaurant in West Footscray, opened by Myla Valdejueza and operated as a family affair with her children helping front-of-house and in the kitchen. The menu covers classic Filipino dishes with generous servings — think lumpia, kare kare, palabok, sinigang, sisig, and halo halo — at keen prices. The name 'Busog' is a Tagalog word meaning the feeling of being full and content after a satisfying meal.
