About Us
Bowltiful's Elizabeth Street branch is a halal Lanzhou noodle restaurant where chefs hand-pull lamian to order in nine widths for clear-broth beef soups and dry noodle plates. The house broth is simmered overnight from halal beef and bone without soy sauce, seasoned with salt, herbs, and radish for a lighter Gansu-style profile. The CBD shop trades daily until 2am for quick lunches and late-night bowls.
