About Us

Denis Lucey's Bourke Hill institution since 2002 — a refined modern Italian restaurant at the leafy top of Bourke Street with intimate booths, footpath tables, and upstairs private dining rooms for groups from 6 to 60. Head chef Dusty Treeweek's seasonal menu centres on handmade pasta, stuzzichini and antipasti, slow-cooked lamb and pork, and a wine list weighted to Italian and Victorian producers curated by Ben Knight. Google Maps lists the venue as operational (June 2026); express Tue–Fri lunch pasta, pre-theatre set menus, and full à la carte dinner service run Tue–Sat.
