Bombay Rocks is an Indo fusion restobar on Acland Street in St Kilda, serving a menu built around Indian classics — from chaat and vada pav to butter chicken and paneer tikka — alongside fusion items such as Indian-spiced gourmet pizzas. The kitchen combines traditional tandoor techniques and Bombay street-food influences with a contemporary, casual bar setting. The venue also offers private dining, takeout, delivery, and catering, and opened its doors in October 2025.
