Bomba is a two-level Spanish tapas venue on Lonsdale Street in Melbourne CBD, run by Jesse Gerner's Tigerbird Group. The ground-floor restaurant focuses on share-style tapas — cured, baked, grilled and slow-cooked plates from an open kitchen — while the fifth-floor rooftop bar trades late with city views, cocktails and Barcelona-inspired bikinis (Catalan toasties). Imported Spanish wines, sherries and vermouth anchor the drinks list.
