About Us

Ghanem Group’s first interstate Blackbird — a three-level Collins Place venue on Flinders Lane bringing Brisbane’s award-winning steak-and-seafood concept to Melbourne. Street-level cocktail bar and sunken lounge lead to split-level dining rooms and private event floors, with modern Australian cooking from executive chef Jake Nicolson and Melbourne executive chef Tim Menger centred on in-house dry-aged beef, Josper Basque Grill steaks, Queensland seafood and native-accented share plates. The $98pp three-course feasting menu, express lunch ($48–$68), weekday happy hour in the bar, and SevenRooms bookings serve business lunches, date nights and functions.
