B'Churrasco is a Brazilian churrascaria on Level 1 at 61 A'Beckett St in Melbourne CBD, serving rodizio-style all-you-can-eat barbecue where passadores carve flame-grilled meats from skewers tableside. Diners use a green-or-red table lamp to signal when they want more cuts. The venue opened in 2014 in a restored 1870 heritage bluestone building and rotates cuts such as picanha, lamb, linguica and ham-and-pineapple, with warm cinnamon-dusted grilled pineapple as a signature sweet close.
