Ahma (meaning grandma in Taiwanese) is a fast-casual Taiwanese street food restaurant in Melbourne's CBD arcade, serving dishes rooted in the night market traditions of Taiwan. Chef Spring Chee's kitchen imports ingredients directly from Taiwan and builds the menu around braised pork rice, crispy popcorn chicken, chicken schnitzel, and hearty beef noodle soups. Individual plates and bento-style sets make it well-suited to a quick solo lunch or a shared table spread.
