3 Brothers on Chapel is an authentic Indian restaurant on Chapel Street in Windsor, founded in 2019 by three brothers who migrated to Australia from India and share a passion for home-style Indian cooking. The restaurant grew from a family-driven vision to bring genuine Indian flavours to a street with a diverse dining scene but no dedicated Indian venue. Despite opening just before Melbourne's COVID lockdowns, the team expanded in 2021 with a second location at Queen Victoria Market. The kitchen focuses on traditional Indian dishes made with care, with an emphasis on warmth and community dining.
